Fresh juices vs packaged juices

The packaged juice šŸ¹ is not healthy when compared to freshly squeezed juice šŸŠ or fresh whole fruitsšŸŽšŸ„‘.


Commercial labeled juices has no nutrients. In fact One glass of apple juice contains 120 calories while one raw apple contains only 78 calories. Juice with added sugar is higher in calories, and will definitely not be healthy.

This is done by using artificial flavours and sugar, both of which are not good for our bodies.


So only freshly made juices are best. Artificials are not advisable.
